To achieve this purpose, the starting point is an initial study of the current social paradigm, fostered by the de-velopment of new technologies; the article then presents a theoretical approach to the human rights involved, in order to study the dissection, legal protection and guarantee of these techniques.El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en ofrecer un análisis sistemático de las novedades que traen consigo los avances propiciados por las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (TIC) en el ámbito de los Derechos Humanos y, de forma muy especial, en la reproducción humana asistida. En este punto, se exponen las principales controversias de índole moral y legal, así como la necesaria interrelación que ambas han de presentar para conseguir establecer un modelo estable de progreso y desarrollo.
