On the other hand, from the contemporary humanist currents, it has been come arguing the necessity of a justice with human face, by the light of the concept of Face like Justice in Levinas, contrary to the pretenses of a Justice without Face, like it is evidenced in The Process of Kafka, where it is depicted the physiognomy and the theatrically of the power.El artículo aborda, desde la filosofía, la literatura y el derecho, una perspectiva de la fisionomía como juicio, ético–jurídico, del rostro y del cuerpo, cuyas transgresiones en la ley natural y social, dan origen al hombre criminal según la teoría de Lombroso, del mismo modo como surge el monstruo moral y político, de acuerdo a los conceptos de la anormalidad en Foucault.
