This has been almost always a defensive task regarding the power’s interests, regardless the democratic or authoritative condition of the system, up to the present Constitution, whose provisions about educational ideals make a clear difference about it.Este artículo repasa las distintas normas sobre educación que, desde principios del siglo XIX, y en paralelo a la historia constitucional española, han establecido su orientación o condicionamiento ideológico y, con ello, han definido cómo era la integración de los sujetos en los sistemas políticos que se han ido sucediendo.
