In the case of the Valencian Community, the new Law 1/2022, of April 13, is committed to said good governance, and it does so mainly by establishing some principles of action, mandatory for regional public offices, to understand what is or is not considered to fall into this category. In the present work an analysis of the content of these principles is carried out, mostly based on indeterminate legal concepts, which require a study to outline some ideas that serve as a reference for when they will be considered adequately applied and what difficulties prevent their correct achievement. Received: 01.09.2022Accepted: 13.12.2022La regulación del buen gobierno supone una nueva exigencia de cara a las administraciones para conseguir una mejor protección del interés general constitucionalmente protegido. En el caso de la Comunidad Valenciana, la nueva Ley 1/2022, de 13 de abril, apuesta por dicho buen gobierno, y lo hace principalmente mediante el establecimiento de unos principios de actuación, de obligado cumplimiento para los cargos públicos autonómicos, para entender qué se considera o no dentro de esta categoría. En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis del contenido de estos principios, mayoritariamente fundados en conceptos jurídicos indeterminados, que exigen de un estudio para esbozar unas ideas que sirvan como referente de cuándo se considerarán adecuadamente aplicados y qué dificultades impiden su correcta consecución.
