Summary: Medical imaging is where your knowledge of anatomy meets clinical practice. This encompasses multiple techniques and methods to visualize the internal structures of the body in a non-invasive way. The methodology used for this research work is part of a documentary bibliographical review, since we are going to deal with top-ics raised at a theoretical level such as Medical Imaging and Radiological Anatomy. The data collection tech-nique is made up of electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, PubMed, among others, relying on the use of descriptors in health sciences or MESH terminology. The information obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis. Based on the consulted bibliography, there are no doubts about the extraordinary qualities and benefits that imaging studies have brought to modern medicine, and that they are constantly evolving to further improve diagnostic criteria, today it is almost impossible not to need these studies on pathologies that may compromise health, since they are essential inputs for their confirmation or ruling out
