Summary: This research was developed in the company Manufacturera Construcciones S.A. in the city of Quito, a small manufacturing company, with more than 20 years of experience in the market, dedicated to the manufacture of products based on fiberglass among which are slides, slides among others, it has been observed that it lacks a strategic planning, which hinders its organizational performance, because the actions and contingencies lack objectives and goals in the medium term. The objective of this research is to design a strategic plan as an alternative to strengthen the organizational performance of the manufacturing company, the methodology was applied research, field, bibliographic and cross-sectional, with a qualitative approach, the methods were analytical-synthetic, deductive, documentary, statistical, using survey and interview techniques, obtaining as a result that although they have alliances with suppliers, they are internationally recognized, and has experienced workers being the largest number of male gender, lacks a strategic planning generating a competitive disadvantage, the failure to meet its goals and loss of opportunities, therefore it is recommended to the owners of the company to implement the proposed strategic plan, to strengthen the different processes of the organization and improve the performance of the company, in order to make decisions in line with the objectives and policies formulated.
