In addition, it describes how legal scenarios are generated that do not necessarily guarantee accessibility to all social groups in different countries, as their participation is conditional on the use of external conditions (instruments) such as electricity and internet, that is, that is, minimum tools for performance in an increasingly competitive social environment, which generates the need for a reformulation of Law to meet the new complexity brought about by the new industrial revolution. The hypothetical methodology used is the hypothetical deductive using the bibliographic review as methodological procedure.O artigo, de natureza descritiva, discute o impacto global que a quarta revolução industrial trouxe no plano jurídico. Além disso, descreve como são gerados cenários jurídicos que não necessariamente garantem a acessibilidade a todos os grupos sociais de diferentes países, pois sua participação está condicionada ao uso de condições externas (instrumentos) como eletricidade e internet, ou seja, ou seja, ferramentas mínimas para desempenho em um ambiente social cada vez mais competitivo o que gera a necessidade de uma reformulação do Direito para atender a nova complexidade trazida pela nova revolução industrial. A metodologia utilizada é a hipotético dedutiva utilizando como procedimento metodológico a revisão bibliográfica.El artículo, de carácter descriptivo, aborda el impacto global que la cuarta revolución industrial trajo a nivel legal. Además, describe cómo se generan escenarios jurídicos que no necesariamente garantizan la accesibilidad a todos los grupos sociales de los diferentes países, pues su participación está condicionada al uso de condiciones externas (instrumentos) como la electricidad e internet, es decir, herramientas mínimas para el buen desempeño en un entorno social cada vez más competitivo, lo que genera la necesidad de una reformulación del derecho para atender la nueva complejidad que trae consigo la nueva revolución industrial.
