Resultados: apesar das promessas de transparência e audibilidade que os sistemas de votação eletrônicos parecem oferecer, parcimônia e amadurecimento tecnológico são requisitos necessários para se construir uma democracia eletrônica embasada em tecnologia de cadeias de blocos.
