The findings made confirm the incrementalist nature of the public budget and a null critical analysis with a Human Rights perspective on the subjectEn este estudio exploratorio sobre el Programa de Reparación y Atención Integral de Salud (PRAIS) se desarrolla un análisis del presupuesto asignado en el periodo 2006-2022 por la Dirección de Presupuestos al programa y a la Subsecretaría de Redes Asistenciales del Ministerio de Salud (MINSAL), del cual depende. Esto para realizar un análisis sectorial del presupuesto. La importancia de este análisis radica en la baja cantidad de investigaciones relacionadas al PRAIS, aun cuando este, desde la literatura internacional ha sido catalogado como un caso exitoso de reparación en el contexto de sociedades post conflicto.
