The technique for data collection is made up of printed and electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, Scielo, PubMed, among others. Uterine artery embolization is a technique widely used in different obstetric pathologies, whether fibroids, fibroids, postpartum hemorrhage, neoplasms, avoiding the performance of more complex and inva-sive procedures such as: myomectomy or hysterectomy.
