Concerning people’s income, such as sex, age, education, and experience. Analysis was applied based on the Mincerian model for the Salary theory with 4 variants, considering a national sample of 315,447 taking as reference the data of people from 15 to 75 years of age, of which 165,526 correspond to women and 149,921 correspond to men, where it was found that the salary received by women during the data collection period was lower in almost all items that relate economic perceptions with the level of schooling. When applying the Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition, it was found that there is salary discrimination with a coefficient of 42% unfavorable to the female gender.
