Profesor-Investigador de tiempo completo del departamento de Ciencias Sociales public scrutiny over public administration in the face of uniforming logics that privilege sanitary-containment agendas promoted by governments? This article explores the possibility of positioning the accountability agendas promoted from civil organizations field within the processes of public agenda defining in times of pandemic. The methodological approach consists in verifying the scope of proactive transparency instruments available to the public administration of the CDMX to reinforce these mechanisms and the main findings suggest that the sectoral perspective with which the pandemic has been managed in the capital finds clear limits in front of a society that every day becomes more vigilant and attentive to what their governments do |
