In fact, we will realize that women’s work is built from subjection not only to corporate power, but also to the male dominance that has appropriated this space as well.El presente trabajo busca exponer el largo camino recorrido por las mujeres para obtener el reconocimiento de su espacio, voz y relevancia en el ámbito de las relaciones de trabajo. Y ello, para dar cuenta de que aún en nuestros días y ante las nuevas modalidades de trabajo se evidencian muchos obstáculos que no han sido removidos, existiendo vestigios de la histórica visión prejuiciosa del género femenino y su rol marginal en el mundo del trabajo.
