We analyze the categories of tort liability in accordance with the regulations of argentine private patrimonial law. The argumentative core of this idea lies in the fact that the RAS work through correlations that operate as a limit for the predictability of designers, manufacturers, owners and operators, which constitutes an essential element to qualify causal relationship as an element of the tort law. We propose the validity of compulsory insurance for foreseeable damages caused by RAS and the creation of a guarantee fund to repair unforeseeable damages caused by RAS. El trabajo presente tiene como objeto destacar la insuficiencia de la relación de causalidad como presupuesto de responsabilidad civil por los daños producidos por la robótica y sistemas autónomos (RSA) en la revolución tecnológica basada en BIG data. Para ello, analizamos las categorías de la responsabilidad civil conforme la normativa del derecho privado patrimonial argentino. El núcleo argumentativo de esa idea radica en que los RSA funcionan por medio de correlaciones que operan como un límite para la previsibilidad de los diseñadores, fabricantes, propietarios y operadores, que constituye un elemento esencial para calificar a la causalidad como presupuesto del derecho de la responsabilidad civil.
