In addition, these regulations incorporate measures to promote, at the same time, the digital transformation of the Aragonese regional public sector and administrative simplification, in its three aspects, regulatory, organizational and procedural.La Ley aragonesa 5/2021, de 29 de junio, de organización y régimen jurídico del sector público autonómico, junto a la Ley 4/2021, de 29 de junio, de modificación de la Ley 2/2009, de 11 de mayo, del Presidente y del Gobierno de Aragón, objeto de refundición mediante Decreto legislativo 1/2022, de 6 de abril, y la Ley 1/2021, de 11 de febrero, de simplificación administrativa, han afrontado una profunda renovación del régimen jurídico y organizativo del sector público autonómico con objeto de adecuarlo a los elevados niveles competenciales alcanzados por la Comunidad Autónoma, por un lado, y a las relevantes novedades introducidas por la normativa básica estatal, por otro.
