This scientific work is completed with an innovative study on the conflict resolution system that negotiations such as TTIP, NAFTA and USMCA have. Este artículo analiza la implicación legal y jurídica de Estados Unidos en la firma de diversos acuerdos de libre comercio con países como Canadá o México. También se investiga las relaciones de Estados Unidos con la Unión Europea al objeto de determinar las consecuencias que la firma de un tratado implica para los poderes constitucionales. Este trabajo científico se completa con un novedoso estudio sobre el sistema de resolución de conflictos que tienen negociaciones como el TTIP, NAFTA y USMCA.
