Ello implica un redimensionamiento del alcance de la libertad de expresión, posibilitando su razonable limitación siempre y cuando a la conciencia social le pueda resultar de sumo valor. Limitación que ha de desaparecer o, cuanto menos, relajarse cuando dicho bien no resulte fundamental para dicha conciencia y no contribuya al mantenimiento de la invocada paz social.
