Summary: The foundation of the transformation of modern parliamentary work is explained by the importance of parties and the extension of redistributive policies whose main consequence is the displacement of the legislature in favor of the executive. This article analyzes whether the development of the legislative assemblies in the Autonomous Communities has strengthened the written control figures. To this end, the article analyzes the parliamentary control function, builds a database on the existing written control mechanisms in the 17 autonomous parliaments (written questions and requests for reports) and proposes a modeling of the written control mechanisms based on its position towards the executive branch (rational model) or towards parliament (supervisory model).
