Abstract Multiple sexual violation causes alterations in the victim that result in sequelae of damage and suffering to the psyche and mental structures. The objective of this study is to make them visible and identify them in order to enrich the study of psychological alterations in victimization and thereby contribute with evidence and new findings to the scenario of psychological trauma and the management and intervention in the violent post-scenario. The method that is proposed is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and interpretive investigation, in which the testimonial narrative of three direct female victims is taken up. The results show alterations in terms of over-stimulation, decrease, deprivation or confusion regarding the traces of pain and suffering, suspended threat, broken proxemics, fear re-triggers and in the attack-flight system, it is appreciated that these five alterations have a common basis extreme fear. The conclusion is that these findings are included in the therapeutic treatments, thereby mitigating the alterations of the victimization and, in turn, contributing to the neuro-right by making these consequences visible in their psyche and in the mental structures, thereby seeking to give greater legal relevance to the forcefulness of the damage and the need for victimological therapeutic accompaniment, which gives the step not only to the recovery and well-being of women, but also to restoring the personal integrity that was taken from them.

O objetivo deste estudo é torná-los visíveis e identificá-los para enriquecer o estudo de alterações psicológicas da vitimização e, assim, contribuir com evidências e novos achados para o cenário de trauma psicológico e a gestão e intervenção no cenário pós-violento. O método proposto é uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória, descritiva e interpretativa, na qual a narrativa testemunhal de três mulheres diretas vítimas é retomada. Os resultados mostram alterações em termos de superestimulação, diminuição, privação ou confusão em relação aos traços de dor e sofrimento, ameaça suspensa, proxêmico quebrado, ressumeres de medo e no sistema de ataque de voo, é apreciado que essas cinco alterações como base comum o medo extremo. Conclui-se incluir esses achados em tratamentos terapêuticos, mitigando assim as alterações da vitimização e, por sua vez, contribuindo para a neurossaldade, pararnando essas consequências visíveis em suas estruturas psique e mental, buscando dar maior relevância jurídica à força dos danos e à necessidade de acompanhamento terapêutico vitimológico, que dá o passo só para a recuperação e bem-estar das mulheres, mas também para restaurar a integridade pessoal que foi tirada deles.Resumen La violación sexual múltiple gesta en la víctima alteraciones que se traducen en secuelas de daño y sufrimiento a la psique y a las estructuras mentales. El objetivo del presente estudio versa en visibilizarlas e identificarlas para enriquecer el estudio de alteraciones psicológicas de la victimización y con ello contribuir con evidencias y nuevos hallazgos al escenario del trauma psicológico y el manejo e intervención en el pos-escenario violento. El método que se plantea es una investigación cualitativa, de tipo exploratorio, descriptiva e interpretativa, en la cual se retoma la narrativa testimonial de tres mujeres víctimas directas. Los resultados arrojan alteraciones en términos de sobre estimulación, disminución, deprivación o confusión respecto a las huellas de dolor y sufrimiento, amenaza suspendida, proxémica rota, redisparadores del miedo y en el sistema de ataque de huida se aprecia que estas cinco alteraciones tienen como base común el miedo extremo.
