In view of the constitution of a working group on the reform of the Transparency Law, this work reflects on possible perspectives to be addressed with a view to its modification. The author proposes that the reform should not be limited to retouching or perfecting the contents already addressed by the law, but should also broaden the focus of the regulation and include obligations related to information transparency in the governmental sphere. |
