Abstract This article aimed to know the impact of the experience of deprivation of liberty in the configuration of the subjectivity of adolescents -self-perceived as women-who serve a sanction in the Specialized Care Center “Hogar Femenino - IPSICOL” in Bogotá. Qualitative methodology was used from the perspective of González Rey’s subjectivity, in-depth interviews were conducted and analyzed with the NVIVO12 Pro program. Each case was characterized and complemented with graphic elucidation, in addition to analyzing the classification of cases among adolescents linked to the Criminal Responsibility System for Adolescents - SRPA for the first time and recidivist adolescents. The results allow us to know that adolescents in general live a process of configuration of their subjectivity that is mobilized between achieving an adaptation to the demands of the institutional context, that is, the request for change and at the same time experience a constant struggle before it. This experience is also perceived as an artificial context for change, a momentary space, distant from their daily lives, that is, as a pause both in cases of recidivist adolescents and in adolescents who entered the SRPA for the first time. From the cultural historical moment that they live from being adolescent women deprived of liberty, they recognize that they are exposed to the decisions that are made with the majority population that is deprived of liberty, which are male adolescents, and they perceive that their particular needs and their characteristics in this experience are unknown.

A metodologia qualitativa foi utilizada sob a perspectiva da subjetividade de González Rey, foram realizadas e analisadas entrevistas aprofundadas com o programa NVIVO12 Pro. Cada caso foi caracterizado e complementado com elucidação gráfica, além de analisar a classificação de casos entre adolescentes vinculados ao Sistema de Responsabilidade Criminal de Adolescentes - SRPA pela primeira vez e adolescentes reincidentes. Os resultados nos permitem saber que os adolescentes em geral vivem um processo de configuração de sua subjetividade que se mobiliza entre alcançar uma adaptação às demandas do contexto institucional, ou seja, o pedido de mudança e, ao mesmo tempo, vivenciar uma luta constante diante dele. Essa experiência também é percebida como um contexto artificial de mudança, um espaço momentâneo, distante de seu cotidiano, ou seja, como uma pausa tanto em casos de adolescentes reincidentes quanto em adolescentes que ingressaram pela primeira vez na SRPA. A partir do momento histórico cultural que vivem de mulheres adolescentes privadas de liberdade, reconhecem que estão expostas às decisões que são tomadas com a maioria da população privada de liberdade, que são adolescentes do sexo masculino, e percebem que suas necessidades particulares e suas características nessa experiência são desconhecidas.Resumen Este artículo tuvo como objetivo conocer el impacto de la experiencia de privación de la libertad en la configuración de la subjetividad de las adolescentes -autopercibidas como mujeres- que cumplen sanción en el Centro de Atención Especializada Hogar Femenino Ipsicol en Bogotá. La metodología fue cualitativa desde la perspectiva de la subjetividad de González Rey y se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad que se analizaron con el programa NVIVO12 Pro. Se caracterizó cada caso y se complementó con elucidación gráfica, además, se hizo un análisis de clasificación de casos entre adolescentes vinculadas al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (SRPA) por primera vez y adolescentes reincidentes. Los resultados permiten conocer que las adolescentes en general viven un proceso de configuración de su subjetividad que se moviliza entre lograr una adaptación a las demandas del contexto institucional, es decir, la solicitud de cambio y al mismo tiempo experimentan una lucha constante ante él. Esta experiencia es percibida además como un contexto artificial para el cambio, un espacio momentáneo, distante de la cotidianidad de ellas, es decir, como una pausa tanto en casos de adolescentes reincidentes como en adolescentes que ingresaron al SRPA por primera vez.
