Summary: In the new century, the majority of the world's citizens, both adults and children, use electronic devices, computers, cell phones, tablets without considering the time to which they are exposed, nor the health disorders that can be caused by the excessive use of electronic resources. The objective of this article is to make society aware of the health problem that is caused by the indiscriminate use of technological tools. In the methodology, a study was carried out with information obtained in LILACS, Science Direct and the US Database, a total of 49 articles were found, after reading and detailed analysis 25 articles were excluded because they did not coincide with the objective and 24 remaining articles were considered after a reflexive analysis. In conclusion, the Computer Syndrome affects millions of people who dedicate themselves to working with electronic devices such as computers, in the future one must be prepared to address its effects on the population.
