Thus, it is possible to conclude that defensive medicine violates its characterizing features and, conversely, the authentic clinical relationship, based on trust and recognition, avoids it.La crisis de salud pública derivada de la Covid-19 actualiza la “falacia tecnocrática” reduciendo los problemas éticos a meros problemas técnicos. La incertidumbre clínica busca refugio en el Derecho y la “medicina defensiva” adquiere fuerza renovada.
