The administration of the implementation of policies focused on the eradication of gender violence is the role of the State; Through the mechanisms of attention and access to justice that it must provide to vulnerable people, in order to guarantee their protection. This is through the exercise of justice with a comprehensive approach that achieves prevention, care and essential sanctions. Since the entry into force of the Comprehensive Organic Law for the Prevention and Eradication of Gender Violence against Women, spaces and actions have been generated that impact Ecuadorian society. It was on this basis that interest has arisen in developing the present study, which was aimed at reviewing the digitally available bibliography. For this, a bibliographic design investigation was developed, under a review meth-odology. In the results, various expert criteria are presented as evidence that explain in perspective the situation of gender violence both inside and outside Ecuador, associated statistical data from national and international organizations and meanings around the evaluation criteria of a law. In short, no bibliographic resources were found in which it is clarified what or how the impact of the implementation of the LOIPEVCM of 2018 has been in the family nucleus in Ecuador, so it was then possible to dare to infer that the impact of this law, could be verified and considered in the importance that the shelters have represented, the Unique Registry of Violence (RUV), the activation of the National System for the Eradication of Gender Violence, promulgation of the National Plan to Prevent and Eradicate Violence against Women 2020-2030, among others. |
