Without settling down to an orthodox bibliographic apparatus, an agile and rapid reading essay is carried out that succinctly trains the reader in the basic principles of this type of exercise of productive activity as an employee.La reciente promulgación de la Ley de Trabajo a Distancia en plena pandemia es una buena ocasión para analizar cómo ha evolucionado este tipo de trabajo, en contraposición al clásico presencial que organiza el Estatuto de los Trabajadores.
