To do so, we will determine various aspects related to both the first holder of the noble grace and the title itself, his succession and the Monarch who creates and grants it.Con el presente dictamen que comprende antecedentes, investigación, informe y conclusiones, se pretende estudiar y solucionar la situación de propiedad y posesión del Condado de Regalados, creado primero y concedido después por Su Majestad el Rey Filipe de Austria en el año de 1641 a Pedro Gomes de Abreu.
