The following paper aims to analyze the apparently contradictory relationship between the equivocity of voluntarism underlying subjective law and its subsequent but inevitable transformation into an absolute category of thought with a claim to objectivity, making law a mere instrument for the satisfaction of individual whim and private will, while formalizing it within a univocal logic by means of the philosophical-theological phenomenon of imputation. It will therefore be in the interest of this study to offer a response from the analogicity of law itself in order to try to restore its ontological meaning.En el contexto de un mundo post-secular y globalizado, el derecho subjetivo emerge como una categoría unívoca para definir y reescribir el concepto de lo total bajo el pensamiento universalista que, asistido por las nuevas tecnologías como principal instrumento de difusión, ha experimentado un vertiginoso proceso de imposición a todos los órdenes de la vida. El siguiente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la aparentemente contradictoria relación entre la equivocidad del voluntarismo que subyace al derecho subjetivo y su posterior pero inevitable transformación en una categoría absoluta de pensamiento con pretensión de objetividad, haciendo del derecho un mero instrumento para la satisfacción del capricho individual y del querer privado, al tiempo que se formaliza dentro de una lógica unívoca mediante el fenómeno filosófico-teológico de la imputación.
