Summary: This paper combines the relational justice approach with feminism to highlight the justice gaps that arise in women’s access to employment and that prevent the achievement of real equality. The principle of equal treatment has some roots in the Spanish legal system; even so, situations of gender-based discrimination continue to exist. There are measures and policies aimed at combating this type of discriminations, although there is not yet an established system for when various circumstances interact and give rise to multiple discriminations. It is necessary to be aware of these situations and to adopt mechanism to combat them in order to be able to opt for equality.
