The Supreme Court has ruled on the application of the Law to the case based on DT 6 of the same, on the new principles established in said regulation, on the need to apply support measures, in particular the curatorship, and on the scope of the affected party’s refusal to establish said measures.Recién entrada en vigor el 3 de septiembre de 2021 en España la Ley 8/2021 sobre discapacidad, se publica la STS 8 septiembre 2021, que aborda un caso cuyos hechos se produjeron antes de la entrada en vigor, e incluso antes de la publicación de dicha Ley.
