Once so, the civil protection of this block of rights is studied for violations, due to illegitimate interference, in the exercise of the right to freedom of information and expression, and is helped by the most authorized doctrine and copious jurisprudence of comparative law, especially Spanish.El presente trabajo realiza un análisis metódico y pormenorizado sobre el derecho al honor, a la intimidad y a la imagen, desde ordenamiento jurídico constitucional y civil. Primeramente, hace un breve recorrido por la historia, luego se definen como derechos fundamentales y finalmente se delimitan a la jurisdicción civil.
