In addition to a vision of the different mechanisms that, enshrined in our legal system, serve to distort it.A través de este trabajo realizamos una disertación sobre el fenómeno de la violencia económica, como manifestación de la violencia de género, en el contexto de familia, y, en especial, desde la perspectiva del marco del divorcio. Analizaremos los efectos nocivos que la misma produce, el daño que sobre los intereses más básicos y esenciales de la familia desencadena, y su uso como mecanismo de control por parte de los agresores.
