mechanisms. The article is divided into
three main parts. The first part explains the
organs of the Inter-American System and
corpus iuris centered on disability rights.
The second part explores rights to nondiscrimination and non-segregation of
persons with disabilities based on relevant
reports and recommendations issued
by the Inter-American Commission on
Human Rights, as well as case-law of the
Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
The last part of this article includes some
concluding remarks. |
