Angina Inestable
description
schemic heart disease (IHD) can present clinically as heart failure, stable angina pectoris, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, and sudden death. These last three are grouped under the term acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Unstable angina is defined as myocar-dial ischemia at rest or minimal effort, in the absence of necrosis, of cardiomyocytes, which is evidenced by the non-release of cardiac biomarkers of myocardial necrosis to the circulation. The diagnosis is clinical and is characterized by its appearance during the resting state, with a progressive intensity and recent onset. Through the bibliographic review, an electronic search of the academic publications available in indices such as PubMed, Scielo, Elsevier and university repositories directed through the Google Scholar search engine has been carried out. The investigation begins under the use of the keywords "unstable angina" with which those works that propose precise and relevant information on heart disease have to be chosen by relevance. The exact definition of unstable gingiva is still a theoretical dilemma in the field of specialists, heart failure is multiple, however, a global view of it is proposed through the literature consulted. It is curious to note that the contributions of cardiological guidelines, especially the Spanish ones, have not established a determining position on unstable angina for more than 10 years, which makes us emphasize that it is not that the disease has been eradicated, but that medical protocols they have been changing the names to better fit them in the field of heart disease and acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
