description
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) affects 1-2% of the population and increases drastically around 75 years of age, reaching 10-20% in the group of patients aged 70-80 years. In addition, there is an incidence of 500,000 new cases per year and this amount may depend on increasing age and modern treatment that postpone the final stage of valvular diseases and coronary diseases. In addition, HF is the leading cause of hospital death after 65 years of age and involves more than two million outpatient consultations per year approximately. The methodology used for this research work focuses on a methodology oriented towards the need to investigate a situation precisely and coherently. Framed within a bibliographic review of documentary type, since we are going to deal with issues raised at a theoretical level such as Pathologies of congestive heart failure in infants. The technique for data collection is made up of printed, audiovisual and electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, PubMed, among others. The information obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis. Congenital heart disease is not very common in infants, so it is very important to make a correct diagnosis (Primary Care), based on studies that can reveal alterations that must be interpreted taking into account the characteristics of each child. The opinion of the cardiologist is essential to diagnose heart disease. In case 3, the congenital heart disease detected in the newborn was very critical, leading to a corrective surgical procedure in which his life was compromised at all times. This pathology has major complications (deep vein thrombosis, thromboembolism, failure of vital organs, cardiac arrhythmias and sudden death), which can be caused by different causes and production mechanisms.

This pathology has major complications (deep vein thrombosis, thromboembolism, failure of vital organs, cardiac arrhythmias and sudden death), which can be caused by different causes and production mechanisms.
