This analysis will thus serve as a basis for a better understanding of the location of the Matrimonial Property Regulation and the Regulation on the Property Consequences of Registered Partnerships within the overall system of the European private international family law and the connection of these regulations to other instruments.Este capítulo analiza el sistema del Derecho internacional privado de familia de la UE, tratando de trazar un mapa de los instrumentos aplicables y de aclarar los vínculos entre ellos. Este capítulo definirá el ámbito de aplicación de cada instrumento y su lugar en la red interconectada.
