Summary: Sport, as an institution endowed with its own regulations and bodies in charge of appliying them to the individuals who are subject to its jurisdiction, has sought to establish itself with autonomy with respect to the common Legal System. This situation poses serious problems when an ilegal act takes place in the sports field, since uncertainty arises as to which is the regulation to apply in that case, especially with regard to sports injuries. In this sense, through the review of the literatura and the jurisprudence, the objective set out in this research consists in the delimitation of the intervention of Criminal Law in cases of endogenous violence that lead to harmful results.
