Summary: Since 2011 the government has developed plans for the reduction, control and information about sexual and reproductive education, contraceptive methods, among others. This in order to reduce the levels of adolescent pregnancies that place Ecuador as the 3rd country in this range in Latin America. The methodology used for this research work is focused on a methodology oriented towards the need to investigate a situation precisely and coherently. Framed within a bibliographic review of a documentary type, since we are going to deal with issues raised at a theoretical level such as Access to sexual and reproductive health services in the adolescent population. The technique for data collection is made up of printed, audiovisual and electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, PubMed, among others. The information obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis. The statistics that are presented collected in the different studies carried out by the National Institute of Statistics of Ecuador (INEC), indicate a reduction by age ranges in both the fertility rates and live births per 1000 inhabitants, which suggests, the success of the plans and programs that have been carried out consecutively, however, it is in debt, which has to do with the information of adolescents who access health services by way of sexual and reproductive orientation, if information is found of the public and private institutions where deliveries are carried out either by caesarean section or natural.
