Received: 11.10.2021Accepted: 13.12.2021La importancia del mecanismo denominado como Pre-Pack y su incipiente utilización en nuestro país convierte en esencial dirigir nuestra mirada hacia aquellos países que ya cuentan con una cierta tradición en la materia para poder así anticipar los efectos que se espera que produzca la utilización de este mecanismo por parte de los actores de la insolvencia en España. En este sentido, mientras que los países anglosajones como Reino Unido o Estados Unidos cuentan con un mayor bagaje en la materia, los países continentales están adaptando en los últimos tiempos sus sistemas de insolvencia hacia esta nueva corriente respecto a la que sólo puede tenerse claro una cosa: ha llegado para quedarse.
