The above applied to a case study.Ante la alta incidencia de casos en el ámbito judicial, donde se alude abuso en la infancia y alienación parental. Se realizó una investigación, donde se establecieron mediante la descripción teórica, análisis reflexivo, observación y escucha del fenómeno; los parámetros que justifican la intervención, mediante la conferencia familiar restaurativa, como herramienta eficiente para intervenir en casos judiciales, donde se presume alienación parental en la niñez. Los temas abordados son: el derecho de la niñez y adolescencia; constructo, características y origen de la conducta aliénate; conferencia familiar restaurativa. Esto desde el derecho, psicología, psicoanálisis y procesos restaurativos.
