This is why we have to analyze the regulation of "digital inheritance". A relevant judgment for that is the BGH judgment of 07.12.2018.Debido al desarrollo tecnológico, los intereses de empresas y particulares varían con el tiempo. En las últimas décadas, uno de los usos más extendidos es el de internet y, concretamente, el de las redes sociales. Algunos de los usuarios fallecen pasado un tiempo. Esto genera disputas respecto a los intereses de terceros familiares, las empresas que ofrecen el servicio y la intimidad del propio cuius. Es por ello que la normativa de la “herencia digital“ debe ser analizada.
