Sumario: The study of professional training involves diverse multidisciplinary fields, and even from a work perspective it offers two fields of action, one framed in the employment and training policies for obtaining better jobs and another within the employment relationship, both be projected from the social dialogue. Non-wage content in collective bargaining is a prominent factor in the conduct of labor relations. In the south of Latin America sectoral collective bargaining has increasingly incorporated contents that refer to the rights of professional training, promotion and promotion. This shows the interest of the social and governmental actors to agree on various aspects that have a direct relationship with the worker's training within the company, but also outside of it, projecting it according to the needs of the labor market.
