Summary: This paper evaluates the internal coherence of the Objective Imputation Theory, developed by the German criminal lawyer Claus Roxin and Günther Jakobs as a theory of causation and imputation in civil liability. The works research is done under a positivist paradigm, in its logical or analytical aspect, so a conceptual analysis of the research object will be carried out. This analysis will demonstrate that the Objective Imputation Theory is not consistent and lacks systematicity as a theory of causation and imputation in matters of civil liability.
