The purpose of this article is to analyze the different programming
frameworks of European Funds, based on different Community legal regimes, in order
to achieve complementary objectives among all of them. The monograph addresses the
singularities of the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework, the Next Generation
EU Instrument, through the additional allocation via REACT-EU resources such as the
Recovery and Resilience Mechanism and, finally, the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial
Framework. Offering order and clarity, knowing the requirements to access the different
funds and offering vehicles of public-private participation are the main objectives to be achieved.
