The objective proposed in this research is to carry out a statistical analysis of the perception that the undercover agents of the city of Cartagena have about the legal functions they have in our country. The methodology used was that of the socio-legal and applied research for the law, and the information gathering techniques were the primary ones since social surveys were applied in undercover agents of the city of Cartagena to establish their perception of the functions of the agents infiltrated in Colombia, in addition, secondary sources were used such as the bibliographic file that allow to carry out a content analysis of books, book chapters and scientific articles that allow us to establish the status of the discussion on the functions of the undercover agents. We find that the statistical analyzes of the social surveys scientifically outlined here are useful in their incorporation into law, which as a discipline that is in the field of social sciences, requires a radical epistemological change that incorporates the concepts of totality, indeterminacy, and movement. to social legal approaches (text- context).

La metodología empleada fue la de la investigación socio jurídica y aplicada para el derecho, y las técnicas de recolección de la información fueron las primarias ya que se aplicaron encuestas sociales en agentes encubiertos de la ciudad de Cartagena para establecer su percepción sobre las funciones de los agentes infiltrados en Colombia, además se utilizaron fuentes secundarias como la ficha bibliográfica que permiten realizar un análisis de contenido a libros, capítulos de libros y artículos científicos que nos permiten establecer el estado de la discusión sobre las funciones de los agentes encubierto.
