This research article is based in a general way on the theoretical and practical conceptions of the processes of internationalization of higher education at the national level, addressing as a central object of research the associated factors that influence the participation of the students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Cartagena in student exchange programs. Due to the aforementioned object of study, this research is part of a mixed type approach, in which a qualitative methodology was applied, which made it possible to categorize the perceptions of the participating students, both personal (ontological) and of a systemic nature (normative-institutional) regarding their participation in said internationalization programs. This will allow the identification and analysis of the factors that have a positive or negative impact on the participation of students of the Faculty of Law in student exchange programs. |
