This model is identified by the construction of a bivalent and impoverished knowledge, for being limited to a polarized thinking in opposite to the philosophical revolution caused by the ontological-linguistic turn. Nowadays, it is still possible to identify these influences in cases such as “Unpolitical School Movement” that leads to the discussion about the influence of children's literature in the law university education and in the the formation of the theoretical common sense of jurists. Based on this issue, this essay proposes an ironic pedagogy as a powerful and emancipatory teaching tool, supported by Rorty's philosophy.
