The lack of such public policies maintains an unequal and legitimate state of affairs for brutal deaths. There is no fair reason that justifies the death of such a significant number of people just because their phenotype is different from the European standard.O trabalho aborda os conceitos fundamentais de racismo estrutural e necropolítica no Brasil a fim de buscar evidenciar que a população cuja pele é preta está permanentemente passível de ataques e violência por conta da ausência de um conjunto de políticas públicas minimamente eficientes na superação do preconceito arraigado na sociedade e nas instituições.
