Summary: The 2019 presidential elections in Bolivia have been a center of multiple debates, including the integrity and objectivity of the Declarations of the oas in this regard. This article analyzes what the principle of non-intervention in the Inter-American Legal Order has meant and how it is related to the legal and political evaluation of the role of the Electoral Observation Mission that ended with the resignation of Evo Morales. Analysis that takes place in the context of these elections in Latin American perspective through a critical compilation versus the role of the oas in Bolivia and under the application of the non-intervention principle.
