Laburpena: The life of the Latin American peoples is managed by the multilateral organizations that promote capitalism. In this research article, a critical analysis is made of the bioeconomic, agricultural and food policies that are being advocated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It was found that multilateral organizations develop techniques of government of life such as economic growth, poverty, inequality, welfare, unemployment, food security, sustainable development, climate change, education, productivity, capital human, globalization, the free market, neoliberalism, emerging economies, developing countries and that these governance techniques reinforce each other. It is concluded that these policies are far from the aspirations of the people of Latin Americans.
