The present work is born of the personal and academic accumulated around the problem of peace in Colombia and the practical exercise of it under the current context, with communities and professionals who think a fair way out of their problems, and the development of dynamics that contribute in the construction of a positive peace in Colombia. Methodologically, the main concepts are contrasted with the practice and some examples of the Colombian reality for a better understanding. It was found that beyond the ramblings on the concepts, the violence happens directly on the bodies, minds and territories and this is precisely what is worth highlighting in order to find practical and not only theoretical solutions to the conflict. It is concluded that it is necessary to characterize conflict, violence and peace to find the best way to approach the practical elements of society and the Colombian system.

Metodologicamente, os conceitos principais são contrastados com a prática e alguns exemplos da realidade colombiana para uma melhor compreensão. Verificou-se que, além das divagações sobre os conceitos, a violência acontece diretamente nos corpos, mentes e territórios e é precisamente o que vale ressaltar para encontrar soluções práticas e não apenas teóricas para o conflito. Conclui-se que é necessário caracterizar o conflito, a violência e a paz para encontrar a melhor maneira de abordar os elementos práticos da sociedade e do sistema colombianoEl presente trabajo nace del acumulado personal y académico en torno al problema de la paz en Colombia y el ejercicio práctico de la misma bajo el contexto actual, con comunidades y profesionales que se piensan una salida justa a sus problemáticas, y el desarrollo de dinámicas que aporten en la construcción de una paz positiva en Colombia. Metodológicamente, los conceptos principales se contrastan con la práctica y algunos ejemplos de la realidad colombiana para un mayor entendimiento. Se encontró que más allá de las divagaciones sobre los conceptos, la violencia pasa directamente sobre los cuerpos, mentes y territorios y es esto precisamente lo que vale la pena resaltar con el fin de encontrar salidas prácticas y no sólo teóricas al conflicto.
